Guys do we all know what is “ZMND”. Its Zindagi Mile Na Dobara …..
Its a very common and oft repeated , experienced thought but I wonder if we all realise it. Of course it is not an issue and not something to provoke serious discussion but sometimes , even if we don’t pay it any attention there are persons in our life whose presence make us feel it and some incidents or events that take place that make us sit up and give it some thought right ?
Well …..such a wonderful experience was shared by the FOM Kolkata Chapter on 27/12/11.It was the occasion where Dr Ashish Mukherjee had organised a Stem Cell Transplant workshop for Medical Students with well known doctors as Faculty along with Dr John Goldman & Dr Tariq Mughal.
He had invited Amma to conduct a special session for the CML survivors that would be attended by both these famous experts on CML. It was a wonderful chance for FOM Kolkata to make the best use of this chance .
The location of an event is directly related to our state of mind and so it makes us comfortable with the situation so in this case the event was organised in the heritage plaza of the City of Joy i.e Swabhumi. The heritage of Bengal was reflected in its original form in this handicrafts centre and so was the reflections and mindset of all the people gathered over there. Just tell me that when have you last experienced such an event where the timing of the event is from 3.00 p.m to 5.00 p.m and you find that even before the starting time the event hall is packed to full of its capacity and the sessions ends one hour or even more later than the time its was scheduled to. So do I need anymore words to explain how the event was but can certainly say that everyone’s participation made the event a grand success as well the clarity of explanations from the panel doctor was so clear that language was not a barrier in itself and everyone spoke from the core of our heart. It need not to be mentioned that Neel Bhaiyya and Prof Koner played a very important role in the entire session and so the best part of the session was the satisfaction which we can feel from every one who participated. A warm thanks to Dr Ashish Mukherjee and his entire team for such a wonderful event. You know sometimes we think it’s better if something does not end ever but time is a factor so this session ended with the hope and song in all our mind which says Zindagii se darte ho kyon? Zindagi to main bhi hoon ….Zindagi bhi to tum bhi ho….lets live life and lets other live it.
