    Organised by CML Advocates Network, The MPN Horizons Conference is an annual international conference for MPN patient advocacy leaders. Educating patient advocates is a key objective of these conferences. 
    As a regular participant, FOM takes this opportunity to engage with advocacy groups from APAC, EMEA, LATAM USA, Canada and Europe. The conference serves as a platform for learning, exchanging insights, adopting innovative tools and expand FOM’s reach. Most importantly, it enables FOM to amplify the voice of patients and caregivers, ensuring their needs and perspectives are represented on a global stage.
