Sunder is one of the founder trustees of FOM and has been one of the pillars of the Trust from its early days. He is kindness personified and can never say no to any request. Apart from FOM, his volunteer work includes being a past President of ISACA Mumbai Chapter, Rotary Member – Ghatkopar West Chapter.
Speaking of his involvement with FOM he says, “The whole City Chapter is like a large family with each and every person being a brother or sister. My experience has been pleasant, socially enriching and fulfilling.” He fondly remembers encouraging a young caregiver of a patient mother to act during one of our Drama Therapy sessions and seeing happy tears in the mother’s eyes.
His message to patients and caregivers is simple yet inspiring-“Always be positive in life and enjoy every moment in life. Life is like a drama in which we have been given our roles by God to enact and share (the stage with others) our lives with others. Be caring, fun loving, social, positive and encouraging,” he says.
